Poetry Sydney is thrilled to be host of seed spin everywhere in celebration of World Poetry Day, as recognised by UNESCO (1999) to honour poets, revive oral traditions of poetry recitals, promote the reading, writing and teaching of poetry, foster the convergence between poetry and other arts and raise the visibility of poetry in the media.
As of today, Friday 22 December 2023, we have $246.14 available. We need $459.00 by 2 January 2024 if we are to stay on line for another 12 months – a shortfall of $212.86.

As part of the Sonic Poetry Festival, to be held in Naarm (Melbourne) from 25 August to 10 September 2023, Rochford Street Review will be publishing a special supplement highlighting many of the events and featuring the work of writers and performers taking place in the festival.
Coming up to the end of the year we have a raft of large bills to pay if we are to commit to being around for another twelve months. These bills include domain registration and hosting for our websites along with the increasing cost of storage. To keep our heads above water therefore we need to raise a minimum of $400 by the end of 2021 and a further $150 by the end of January 2022.
