Welcome Siobhan Hodge – Rochford Street Review Associate Editor

Siobhan Hodge profile photoRochford Street Review is thrilled to welcome Siobhan Hodge on board as an Associate Editor. Siobhan has a PhD from the University of Western Australia in English; her thesis focused on Sappho’s legacy in English translations, and is currently being adapted into a book. Born in the UK, Siobhan divides her time between Australia and Hong Kong. She has a particular passion for poetry, but is now delving into fiction as well. Her chapbook of reflections on Sappho, Picking Up the Pieces, was published in 2012 as part of the Wide Range Chapbooks series. Siobhan has had poetry, reviews and critical work published in many places, including Cordite, Limina, Colloquy, Westerly, Plumwood Mountain, Rabbit, Peril, Page Seventeen, and Verge. She was also a feature poet for Avatar Review and Kitaab. She is currently working on three main poetry projects: a collection of horse-related poems; a collaborative poetry collection with Rosalind McFarlane; and a further book of reflections on Sappho.

Apart from assisting in the editing and general day to day running of the journal Siobhan will bring her knowledge of poetry, fiction and popular culture to Rochford Street Review.

Siobhan can be contacted on siobhan.c.hodge@rochfordstreetreview.com and when not working on Rochford Street Review she can be found at http://siobhanhodgeblog.wordpress.com/
