A Patch of Sun: Cafe Poets Anthology was launched by Peter Boyle, with some assistance from Judith Beveridge on 7 August at Rubino’s Café, Willoughby NSW. The anthology, which was produced by the North Shore Poetry Project, has no direct links with the Australian Poetry Cafe Poets project which placed ‘poets in residence’ at cafes across the country from early 2009 to mid-2014 (https://rochfordstreetreview.com/2016/08/12/11719/), however the North Shore Poetry Project did grow out of Philip Porter’s Poet- in- residence stint at Rubinos under the aegis of Australian Poetry Cafe Poets program.
