Thursday 22 October is, apparently, AusArts Day. A Creative Australia initiative AusArts Day is “a nationwide, sector-wide fundraising initiative designed to mobilise artists and arts organisations to raise funds for their work and creative ambitions on a single, powerful day”. If you go to the official AusArts Day page (https://creative.gov.au/ausartday-2026) you will find a list of ‘official’ projects which are part of the 2026 program. While there are some wonderful projects included there which deserve support Rochford Street Review is not among them as apparently we sit a little  outside Creative Australia’s notion of Australian Arts.
