The final reader who was supposed to read at the March Reading the River reading at the Cottage Gallery at Brooklyn, 10 Dangar Road, Brooklyn, was Les Wicks. In the absence of the physical reading we are proud to present Les as our final virtual reader.

Over 45 years Les Wicks has performed widely across Australia & internationally . Published in over 350 different magazines, anthologies & newspapers across 30 countries in 15 languages. Conducts workshops around Australia, has edited various projects over the decades, latest being To End All Wars (Puncher & Wattmann, 2018) & runs Meuse Press which focuses on poetry outreach projects like poetry on buses & poetry published on the surface of a river.
